  • SMTF

    The Singapore Training Maritime Fund (SMTF) was developed through the close collaboration between the SMOU and shipping partners, and that the SMTF Committee comprises representatives from the shipping companies, the maritime education institutions and the union. Besides promoting skills training and upgrading, the SMTF is also used in campaigns to attract the younger generation to take up seafaring as a career.  » more
