SMOU and Ishima Private Limited shared that common goal – the interest and welfare of its seafarers, when they met to renew the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between them for another two years. There to seal the CBA was Ishima Deputy Fleet Director & Safety Crewing Director, Capt Saverio Leboffe, Manager Fleet Personnel, Mr Venkatasubramanian Sundar, SMOU IR Manager, Mr Gwee Guo Duan and IR Officer, Mr Terence Tan.
Signed on 15 September 2010, the CBA which covers benefits such as the Seafarers’ Provident Fund (SPF) and Seafarers’ Medical Scheme (SMS) further reinforces the good relationship SMOU has with Ishima.
