    • More than 40 cadets participated in the Dragon Boating learning experience jointly organised by Young SMOU and MPA on 7th November 2012. The afternoon saw three teams of dragon boats sweating it out under the sun, competing for the top spot in the exciting race. Cadets from Tripartite Maritime Scholarship Scheme (TMSS) and students from Singapore Polytechnic thoroughly immersed themselves in the rowing, while getting to know each other and work seamlessly together towards a common goal. The race was adjourned to the Lighthouse Bistro where everybody had a good time laughing about the happenings just before, whilst indulging themselves in a buffet spread. It was a great afternoon of adrenaline pumped excitement for all, with prizes to be won, friendships to be established and bonds to be fostered.
