Imagine having the Universal Studios Singapore (USS) park exclusively just for SMOU. That was what some 4,600 union members and their families, representatives from shipping companies and beneficiaries of various communities and homes enjoyed at the SMOU 65th Anniversary Family Day – Nite Out at USS on 28 May. This is the biggest turnout for SMOU’s Annual Family Day, and the first time it is held as a Nite event.
Addressing the crowd was Acting Minister for Education (Schools) and Senior Minister of State for Transport Ng Chee Meng. Everyone enjoyed the WaterWorld stunt show before heading off to have a fun and meaningful night with their loved ones.
