Many jobs today involve working indoors with little to no strenuous demand. Because of this sedentary lifestyle, our bodies can sustain injury from prolonged sitting or bad postures.
On the afternoon of 4 October, members got the opportunity to learn from a professional about ergonomics and how to prevent injury. Sitting posture, work station set-up and simple exercises were some topics that were covered at the session. It was a great afternoon of learning!
